Sodabi: A Compositional Journey into Local Beers and National Liquors across Multiple Societies

Prior to the participatory phase of this project, we get submissions from locals across societies, telling us about their indigenous brews, processes etc. Our next task is to make a list of at least 200 entries. We are mostly bent on emphasizing originality, identity, composition, packaging, health hazards, benefits and sustainable availability.

Our participatory session of -11 days takes place in Togo, the brewing home of the local 'Sodabi', a liquor created from the distillation of palm wine; hence the title 'SODABI'
