RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORGANIZING ENTITY,
RESOURCES, STATUTORY COMPLIANCE, TRACEABILITY
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS

Objective for this document
Doing business online could appear faster, more easilly integrative and conceptual.
However,  factors of trust, reliabilty, quality assurance,  sustainability and traceability in case of
failure to deliver are serious concerns. People who do business online
often ask the following questions, amongst others:

"Can these guys really deliver?"

" Are they for real?"

"Are they competent?"

"Do they have what it takes as a team"

"Are they licenced to operate?"

"What have they done previously?"

"What if they just close shop?"

"Are they traceeble?"

"Where are they located?"

This information is provided for transparency, quality assurance and competence purposes.
It's not exhaustive but gives an inroad into information regarding  statutory organs, structures, ethical standards, background checks
and provisional steps towards ensuring accountability and evaluation;
with a view to sustainable partnership with stakeholders.

CHOOSY TWALA
(Indigenous Programs Partner)

Everywhere you go, you need to work with people who know the people better for quicker integration and to avoid conflicts. Choosy is our Swazi indigenous host for this program, and she'll be doing this with a full team across the country. She heads the team of negotiators to the many traditional events and ceremonies that our delegates will be attending.

Swaziland is known to be one of the more African, less western countries in Africa, as far as cultures & traditions is concerned. As contestable as this may be in many regards, it prevalently still rides under the auspices of African originality to  a great extent, hence your participation in this program should expect some true connection with the traditional order, someone who belongs to the core familial set up that can get your questions answered.

In Pix (A) above, standing on the red carpet at a state function was the late King Sobhuza II who died in 1984. The reigning Queen  Mother of Swaziland, Ntfombi, Ndlovukati of Swaziland (born Ntfombi Tfwala c. 1950) (Pix C), has been the Ndlovukati and Joint Head of State of Swaziland since 1986. She was also regent of Swaziland from 1983 to 1986. She is the mother of present King Mswati III, technically, former  Prince Makhosetive Dlamini.

The other man you can see in Pix (A) above was Choosy Twala's grandfather, Ngangenyoni Ndzabatebelumbi Thwala. Undoutedly, he was very close to the former King, a reason for the passion and interest that has drawn Choosy to unravel more and more of this Kingdom. Advantageously, Choosy has both patrilineal and matrilineal ties to both the Queen Mother's familial heritage (Thwala's) and the former / reigning King's family, the Dlaminis.

Choosy is not working alone, she has done extensive work with historians, cusodians of tradition and a lot of oral accounts, prior to your arrival to help us ensure a more fruitful partaking in  the concept of traditional marraiges during your  learning tour this July.

Supported by Eric Douglas-Onwuka, author: Biodiversity in Swaziland: A Historical Survey of the Awareness (1968-2002) and a handful of others, we envisage that this team will usher in the best experience in holiday researching for you.

Shakira Rudds, a licenced member of the Health & Safety Sector of South Africa generally overseas issues of safety with her team. The Project Founder and co-ordinator , also an ISO Quality Management Systems  Certificate Holder from the Swaziland Standards Authority  commits to a total team composition that meets expectations.
